What we process

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (name, email, phone number and the content of your message) in order to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

Online booking is handled by Planway, who is an independent data controller for the information you enter in the booking system. Please see Planway's own privacy policy.

Statistics

We use a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool (Umami) for anonymous visitor statistics. No cookies are set and we cannot identify you as a visitor.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to answer and follow up on your message, and are then deleted.
